the flip is a gimmick. its just a normal phone that folds in half. the fold has alot of utility.

Really helpful video. Not sure what controller i will pick up but this certainly helped. USB C on the left seems to be a winner for me though or the bluetooth. Shame as the Backbones seem very good!

Those Geekbench scores are pretty low for a Gen 3 Snapdragon. Should be almost 2000 for single core.

They do fit flush. And the USB-C ports wiggles, so it doesn't damage phone when moving.

Hey brother thank you very much for putting this video together because I went on Amazon and I found the Galileo series 1 and Series 2 or something like that a few others ranging anywhere from 44 to a couple hundred dollars. Now thanks to you I think I'm going to get the gamer x2s type c I'm just going to get a couple of more reviews on it and then check out Amazon. Sucks the GameSir X2 is the only one with the usb-c connection on the left side. Just ordered the new Pixel Fold today and was hoping for a good option that doesn't need bluetooth.

Always puzzles me when people who say they love gaming enjoy playing on the inside screen of the z fold where you cut off the sides of the screen. That could be the difference between winning and losing when your viewing angle is so limited compared to widescreen phones.

What r you talking about? Are you saying playing on the inner display isn't good 😭 it's literally a mini tablet atp and if ur into mobile games at all specially fps shooter... Yea it's definitely not a down and for sure an advantage

@@Sam2417-dl3tr it's a fantastic display (crease notwithstanding) what I mean is that when you play games on it all zoomed to fill the screen your field of view is cut in half. You can't see the enemy approach from the sides as well. Or that turn coming up from a distance while racing.

@@chetlyp you have the option to change how apps open giving back that normal field of view. You sacrifice some of that real estate which is kinda a bummer but it's still giving you more too look at than the normal candy bar build. Also just change the in-game fov....

For me i dont have no idea why big company build a flip phone it in this eraa it was useless. the phone today was flat and it feel so great on hands on but i do feel with fold and it was nice and understand the purpose they make a phone like that.. but flip phone naaah it was weird and out of dated

I currently use a Fold 4 but I'd take a Flip phone any day over all the other shit coming out. They modernized a retro idea, and made it cooler, in my opinion. If YOU find no value in it then that's unfortunate, but I, and many others, all did. And do.

IMO, Im going to buy z fold 6 and the Gamesir G8+ to play some videogames on the phone, i had the z fold 3 and its pretty good for gaming, when u want, u have a normal phone, but if u are bored u can switch to a small tablet

Once you use a flip phone, you can't use another phone. I've been using a flip phone for 4 generations.
