Picking Up My Family in a 2017 Lexus RX 450h!

Lexus Guildford very kindly gave me the keys to one of their Premium spec Rx 450h for 24h, so as well as filming an in-depth tour, I thought I'd put it through its paces. I have to say I was really impressed, but what do you think about this premium SUV?

Should I lease a 2022 RX 450h for $499 with $3999 down and possibly buy it at the end of lease if we like it or should I buy a 2018 RX 450h for $38999 with 51k miles LOADED with panoramic sunroof etc, etc..???

mine is from 2010 with 230000km and first battery....best car in over 20 years of driving our german brands. consumption in eco mode is from 6,5 (babying with 80km/h max) -7,5 ltr/100km. In normal mode its 0,5 ltr above. On Autobahn with 140-160km/h its about 9-11ltr. which is also not bad for a 2,2ton ship. with lowered airsuspension i got a bit better aerodynamics when fast driving. flooring the throtle awake the V6 with great sound and it sometimes is able to smoke some big exhaust pipe suv´s when accelerate from 120 to limiter (200km/h).

German Cars ( BMW ,. AUDI , Mercedes ...) are expensive pieces of JUNK!! They are Expensive , Complex and so UNRELIABLE and ALWAYS FAILING machines ...And yes i have tried a lot of them and they all were brand new ...

I enjoyed the review as we have the last of the previous RX450h Advance. The sat-nav does take a little getting used to, we call the voice Lara as it reminds us of the Tomb Raider playstation voice. There has been criticism of the postcode search, I think because people don't realise it's on page 2 of 2 on the navigation screen. Because the braking is done partly through the energy recovery system we get huge mileage from the tyres and brakes. Regards, Bob South Wales

I love the 4th gen rx. But it is def not the flagship. That would be the big beast LX570

+Imran Khokhar 450 is the flagship in the UK. We don't get the 570 here unfortunately.

bro i must say i never like the design of Lexus cars except LFA ...............and even this car looks weird ..............but the interiors of this car i really outstanding.......a bit expensive here in India ..............but really worth some its money except in design.............great video ;)

You made a mistake though, this isn't the Lexus flagship SUV. The Lexus LX 570 is, there's even a GX 460 before the RX models. Unless you mean flagship mid size SUV.

+Samson Okoro No I didn't. This IS the flagship in the UK. We don't have anything bigger from Lexus.
