Gacha wolfie It affects her physical appearance. If it was that she could turn it on and off then it would be affected by Aizawa but since she cant and its all the time its a physical quirk.

aizawa' quirk only works on emitter class and transformation class quirks, not mutant class quirks. mutant class means that the quirk is passive and they don't have to activate it, therefore he can't remove their ability to use it. so, shoji, iida, asui, mineta, hagakure, jiro, ojiro, and sero are all immune to aizawa's quirk. tokoyami is an emitter class, so aizawa can erase his quirk, but doing so only erases dark shadow. the reason the bird head stays is because at some point in the past, one of tokoyami's ancestors had a mutant class quirk that meant they were a bird, and this physical appearance was passed down through the generations
