Thanks @clairejencks As a newcomer to Seattle, we really appreciate your guides! Got to Bellingham a few times last summer and it can be a bit overwhelming with the number of options, we'll give your loop a go next time.

Amazing! Thanks so much for the kudos - I’m so glad they’ve been helpful! Totally agree that Galbraith can be overwhelming. What’s awesome about that loop is that you can stop after any of the downhill and add others to the lap. Depending on your skill and energy level check out Dad Bod, Evolution and Unemployment line as well!

@Claire Jencks Nothing negative. I visited Galbraith last October so it was nice to revisit the place. 😀 I liked the tips on parking. When I was there, I had to ask a local to find the right place to park. So I find that to be very helpful. Also find the detail on each trail very helpful. As well as the good riding. 👍

@@ClaireJencks was thinking Chuckanut Mountain, if your in that same area... down south... maybe Capitol Forest. I’ve heard good things, but haven’t made it yet
@ClaireJencks4 жыл бұрын
Definitely can do both! Capitol runs fairly soggy in the winter so Chuckanut might come first.

Great job, Claire. I always enjoy your videos and have used many of them as trail guides. My only criticism is I wish you could slow down on the map sections. I get confused and find myself rewinding to try and figure out the route.
@ClaireJencks4 жыл бұрын
William, thank you so much for this specific feedback. I've been wondering about the maps myself! Could I ask a couple of clarifying questions? How do you utilize the maps? Do you like the specific turn by turn part so you recognize the trailforks map when you're actually on the trail? Or the overview part so that you can get a sense of the route, or do you use it for something else? And then more specific question--> When the map shows up in between trail sections, would you prefer that the map be there for a second or two longer, that the voice-over stop talking, or that I do an overview of the whole route? Haha, so many questions but it's refreshing to hear feedback so thank you for taking the time to comment!

Thanks so much for this video! Are the trails covered in snow this time of year?
@ClaireJencks3 жыл бұрын
Hey Andrew! They are generally rideable year-round. The upper trails were snow-covered for part of February but are fairly clear now. Lots of rain, not so much snow for coastal PNW :)
