i love how actors can walk onto a set with hundreds of cast and crew members or stage with a huge audiance watching their every move, and say lines and act perfectly, but when they are asked to speak as themselves they get nervous and shakey. that always gets me. idk why

The end was so cute....I busted out laughing at the end, the way Gale kicked Randy was just so adorable...Gahh I love em...love the whole cast and crew. They did an amazing job. Like, I'm still talking and obsessing over the bloody show after binge watching the whole series few years ago. That speaks volume.

Randy and Gale are really emotional, Randy is a scorpio and Gale is a cancer so I guess it fits. I also heard about how they both complained about the story line later on just recently, and after watching this I noticed how everyone laughed hysterically when the director said they didn't complain, so I guess they both complained a lot. Haha but whatever.

they're so cute. gale's natural adorableness shines through with the little silly dance thing after burning the cocksocks, he's like a little kid sometimes. Randy is really cute. you can tell they loved the time they had with qaf, despite their grievances regarding the later developments (or lack thereof) of their characters. But I think their characters ended in a good place, I think the show made it clear that both knew what steps to take to become better people in the end.

First time I watched this I never realised how upset Gale was. I was just so intrigued to see this moment, but now, you can really here it. Wow, the person he seems to be inside is so at odds with the first impressions you'd get from just looking at him. I think Peter Paige said it at a signing recently, something akin to Gale being a nerd in a god's body.

Yep, I Love the Gandy thing, I have been teeling my friends 'you're sweet as Gandy' lol. Randy does theatre in NYC. Seems to be a very serious thespian. He is also involved in independent film and occasionally sings in public - see watch?v=CkFg3zmm7n4 , He has a great singing voice. Unfortunately for those (like me) who would like to see him act again and don't live near NY, RH doesn't seem the least bit interested in TV or feature films (but good on him for doing what he wants to do rather than taking the easy pay cheque).

Thanks jagsafina75. I wondered if there was more to it than that. Whether RH had been sick, or fighting with the producers so much he was not even on set for a while. He barely appears in a couple of the episodes late in season 4/early season 5. I'm probably reading too much into this comment though.

It does make sense. That was one of my biggest regrets about the show. I always wished that Brian would eventually see the benefits of love and family, and that it would heal a lot of the damage from his past. I feel like there was never any closure in that area. He never came to terms with his own mortality. I had hoped he and Justin would make each other better people, rather than holding each other back.

Nerd can also mean geeky. In an academic sense it can mean very studious, but in regards to Gale I think it's more of an adorable trait. He's maybe more able to goof around, and not be concerned with being "cool".
