Suzan, you are a brave strong woman who has a wonderful empathy for others. Thank you for helping Esmat. So many are commenting about Fatima needing a bathe and changing clothes. They are probably sitting in a house with electricity, kitchens full food and many toys for their children etc. My fear for Fatima is this. yesterday I went back to see the videos where you were pregnant and Fatima was a baby her self. She seemed to get lost in you family because you now had a new baby. I am not saying that you aren't a good mother because you are. I feel that her temper and screaming come from spending so much time with her brother and sister's. She really needs more time with her . I bet that the cradle was hers and when the Angel was born Fatima was taken away to sleep else where. I know we don't see the other times that are not filmed. This video really scared me in the beginning because she is now able to pick up cups and pans off of the kitchen counter. What if you picked up a glass with boiling tea water or a pot with hot food?? It happens so quickly and because she wanders outside by herself she could perhaps get into something that would hurt her. Thank you for all you do for those in your live. You are special.
