Great presentation Are you sure air cases bowl rockets. When you look at lung lung rockets are caused by interstitial edema. Yet when there is a positiv air brochogram you see the same diamond/star like appearance of the pulmonary tissue. Concluding in analogy rockets should come from water (inflammation -> water -> intestinal rockets). Just a thought.
