Meaning:
Delorean is a reference to the 'Back To The Future' films, and uses the same themes as the movies to illustrate that even if you were able to go back in time to create a better future for yourself, it’s likely that you’ll only make things worse the second time around, or that certain events are destined to happen, whether good or bad. Most of the time it’s better to just enjoy the ride.

Love the decision to use screamo vocals as backing vocals instead of having them as a prominent standalone feature of the song.
