Yes, they are! It's incredible how the steep mountainsides come right down to the ocean and keep going. Many of these channels are 1000 or 2000 or more feet deep!

Hard to get in but body feels good afterward. Cold water therapy I guess. Yes, we anchored in Grace last summer for a bit and went and checked out Isbel for future reference.

We buy an annual BC Tidal Waters Sport Fishing License and it covers everything except salmon. For salmon fishing there is a add-on stamp. I can't remember exactly but I think it cost us around $30 plus an extra $12

You bought the boat as Vestri, why not change it to “Ann Boat”? See what I did there? I know about the supposedly bad luck of changing a ships name. I think that is crap. I have renamed my fishing Jon boat several times. No issues.
