Pruritus is the most annoying symptom. Nothing like scratching your arms, legs and back in the subway, school and in front of your friends and then at night not being able to sleep. Thank goodness I had my gall bladder removed.

Bile salts will cause bradycardia not tachycardia at 8:38.

Would it not be tachycardia as due to low blood pressure in cholangitis the heart is trying to compensate?

Yea i get all this , what i don't think is fair is you have acute severe pain on right side the gall bladder contracting and you are told to take paracetamol , no medical intervention just a generic painkiller. I broke my arm last year the pain was bearable i was given morphine !!!!! Maybe its just in the UK but it sucks
