It’s incredible to me how fly fishing has evolved. Now we have a rod , reel , line , leader, tippet for every kind of fishing situation euro nymph , streamer, nymph , dry . It’s hard for me to comprehend how many rods and reels , fly lines one needs today to go fish . Oh wait maybe it’s just marketing, naw could that be ? Thanks for sharing

I've been fishing the smaller-sized one (3.5) on my euro rig for a few years now. Literally, the best reel I've ever fished. Beyond the drag (excellent with a 4x leader) it is just sooo smooth! Pulled on multiple trout in the 20+ range and it is always an enjoyable experience. The price though... Yeah, it's high, but when you hold one, you can see where it goes. Definitely getting what you pay for. Heck, even the rush light is really really nice!

There is allot of nymph reels to consider and they are cheaper. Euro Brands in the UK like Guideline, Hanak , and Alpha. These reels were made for nymphing. Remember where did Euro numphing come from? Just some thought........
