And visiting O’ Donnehues was Real magic 🍻 Last year We went on a one Day trip to Galway from Dublin, and what a musical joy to hear music everywhere. this is an english song......do some research on these"irish" songs before you label them as irish. written in 1949 by ewan mcoll about salford in manchester.

Eat shit. The Dubliners made the song famous. Nobody knows or for that matter cares about ewan McColl. Nobody would be covering this song without Irish musicians bringing it mainstream.
