New subscriber here. Your reaction channel had put me in a rabbit hole. K-pop contents are endless. Usually groups starts off at a really young age. They put in endless hours of dance practice and perfecting their craft. BTS also has a rap line, and this is one of their rapper, Suga who also goes as Agust D. Check out Agust D - Daechwita. It won't disappoint. BTS also have their own cyphers also. Also, there's not only endless dance practice videos, but check out some of the Behind the Scene videos also. BTS has so many, and you'll be mind blown. A couple of my favorites are BTS - Fake Love, and ON, but it has to be the Kinetic Manifesto one. Can't wait for your upcoming reaction videos.

Just came from your Woke Up reaction and someone mentioned why America can't have this type of music......with kpop/jpop, it actually doesn't make sense to compare it to other countries' music industry, it actually makes more sense to compare it to american sports. These kids audition and train from like age 5 to get into the best kid's academies to audition to get into the right companies to become trainees and these trainees all compete to get into an actual group that will debut (and given the average company can support on average only 2-3 groups at a time financially) they take the best of the best that they have. It's a brutally competitive world where every note you sing, bar you rap, dance move you make is scrutinized every week/month. Your weight is measured monthly, often times your phone is taken away, you have strict curfews, many companies don't allow any real type of social life, in addition to singing/dancing/rapping you take lessons on camera presence, other languages, songwriting, verse writing, etc (at least with the bigger companies). It's not uncommon for these trainees to practice 14 hrs a day and many actually drop out of school for that reason so it's even more impressive when they do complete high school. There's a saying in korea that you have better odds winning the lottery then becoming a successful kpop idol bc of the competition. All these boys and girls are talented for sure, but like the nba for example, it's just the talented ones who have worked and practiced the hardest/most
