Last but not least is that type of house approved by local authorities or buildings inspectors? You talked of free land in Victoria falls, are people given title deeds for that free land? Or it's just like a Caravan park, kana chabvondoka people will just dismantle their panel houses and leave. In the event that you need to relocate, what are the costs of dismantling, transportation and reassembling? A convenient home should be fixed with title deeds to the land. The house depreciates in value while the land appreciates. I therefore suggest Mukoma Gambabwe should clarify on ownership of land/sites unless if the $5000 includes free land with title deeds.
