India now has several options as players thanks to IPL!!! Indian selectors now have to build parallel capable teams, manage workloads, ensure we can create backup players of same or higher strengths to be able to evolve as a super power. It will become new reality for all players to be on a rotation basis and no dependency like the 90's only on Tendulkar whom when gets out we can switch off TV. Having Ruturaj in the bench will make all players on the edge and none show attitude. For different series surprise batters and bowlers could be introduced and win many series!! I totally trust the way selector Ajit Agarkar has explained the selections in simple terms which is very appreciable. GG is here to win trophies not give press TRP content. We are going to see golden age of Indian cricket and celebrate every 6 months an ICC trophy. Kudos GG, AA and BCCI!!!

Your point is correct, but Hardik doesn't play all three formats. He doesn't play Test matches at all and he won't be considered for ODI format, unless he proves his fitness in Vijay Hazare trophy. He plays in T20 format alone and will have enough breaks. He can maintain his fitness.

One main part point there is a difference between Bumrah under Sky and Bumrah under One more point SKY Bumrah SKY, all three are good for captaincy. When choosing Hardik and SKY, SKY is better in terms of smoothness. there is a difference between Bumrah under Sky and Bumrah under Hardik,. Hardik is an imp player in balancing the XI so SKY is better for the team
