Ingredients for this recipe
For the ebbeh / cassava soup
2kg cassava
1kg crabs
Palm oil 1 litre
King prawns 450g
Seafood 300g
Mackerel fish 1kg
Smoked catfish 1 1/2 kg
Freshly squeezed lemon juice 200ml (you can add more )
4 Scotch bonnet peppers
Salt 2 tablespoons
Chilli powder 2 tablespoons
Jumbo cube 3
Tamarind 500g
For the crabs seasoning
1 kg of crabs
2 jumbo cubes
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
30ml of lemon juice
For the tamarind sauce
500g tamarind 
Some water
Half a teaspoon of chilli
1 jumbo cube
For the seafood
300g of seafood ( thoroughly washed)
1 jumbo cube
1/2 a teaspoon of chilli powder 1
1 lemon ( juiced)
