Phil is still reeling from his eBay stock profits of over $850,000,000 and could care less if he loses a few million here and there. We saw him trying to bet $40,000,000 to show on American Pharaoh’s Belmont in Triple Crown. He had 2 suitcases of cash and the Clerk didn’t have time to count it.

Billy Walter's is a Joke...believe me he exaggerate to make it bigger than it is...Phil did have a gambling problem which he admits but Billy exaggerated over billion dollars come on... we all know that's not true... I haven't read a book yet it that doesn't have a little exaggeration in it

Question - I watched a Bryson video today where he and his LIV team partner played Phil and one his team partners. What surprised me was how Phil immediately set up the terms / stakes of the match. Since he has briefly talked about his gambling ‘problems’, shouldn’t he NOT be gambling?
