The Gambler allows you to get a COMPLETELY RANDOM specialist ability when the bar fills up. The bar fills up over time and is sped up as you get POINTS, not just kills, but any type of points you can get. You can lower the amount of points and time it takes to receive your specialist ability by using the overclock perk. You can redraw ONCE each time the meter fills up. The Rogue specialist allows you to take the specialist weapon of the sixth person you kill, fifth with the overclock perk. The specialist weapon of the seventh person you kill, sixth with overclock, will be able to be used by pressing left on the D-Pad. The specialist meter does not fill up over time or with points, it only fills up with kills, so if you don't get at least 12+ kills a game in the game mode you play, you probably shouldn't be using the Rogue specialist, and just stick to Gambler. If you have a specialist weapon and one in your "inventory", and a round of a game mode ends, you might be given a random weapon of the two you have. I have seen someone been given the one in their "inventory", but I've only seen one person use Rogue on KZbin and run into this situation, and that's Scump. I know other KZbinrs probably have run into this situation, but the only Blackjack gameplay I've watched at all is Scump's. I would assume you would get the one that isn't in your "inventory", but because that didn't happen to Scump, it could be random. This could be the same thing that happens with the Gambler specialist, but I'm not sure, I haven't watched this whole video yet and I haven't seen someone run into this situation.
