Yoo bang on about the negatives like literally that's how I explain it, obviously it can still very much hurt but I try learn the lesson and then minimise damage. Again mate respect g

Save two lapses, I've been gamble free for nearly 2 years. After both of my lapses I identified what my triggers for those lapses were and fingers crossed that knowledge will prevent me from further setbacks.

Nice one mate that's impressive tbh. Random perhaps but I like confident but careful, conscious and cautious. Technically shouldn't need to state, but avoiding 'cocky' (arrogance) is also key. All imo, just typing to type ig yk. You've made it further than I, cheers for being a 'you can do it' sign for someone who is arguably 'behind' you ✌️

Was 13 weeks clean and gambled again for a month now 2 weeks clean again guessing only keep trying, great video Phil

I just lapsed again, I got in 57 days, only played for two days but gotta get back on track. I’ve been fighting this dam addiction for 25+ yrs, longest recovery period I have ever done was 2 yrs. I’ll keep fighting and I really appreciate you Phil, thanks for the words of encouragement.

Crazy thing is I started sports betting and won took 500 to 3k …but of course I put it all on one game and lost it now I’m in the danger zone chasing …it is addicting because at a certain point it’s hard to stop untill you have nothing
