I watched this in real time. I was hoping Ding was ready, and he played brilliantly. Even with Gukesh pacing back and forth in front of him while he was in deep thought. Intentionally creating a distraction? Go Ding. I hope to watch more of this.

Didn't realize the championship started today. Don't follow it like I used to. But always got to return to ChessNetwork when it roles around. Started playing online around the 2016 Magnus vs Karjakin match and watched all Jerry's videos of those games. Glad to see the chanel still going!

14:08 bishop to c5, was the best move for gukesh, hit the queen, prevent castling, gain 1 or 2 tempos... great game coverage jerry as always...❤ also those pawns on a2, a3, created too much distraction and queen devotion around them for gukesh...

Unfortunately the software I used to use, Blitzin, is no longer an option. I’m not able to easily include the times. I think will updating the players time after every 10 moves on the side to give a better idea of the time remaining.

One thing to note at 18:37 If after the game's conclusion point with Kh8 we saw Be5, trying to set up Qxh6#, well, first off that hangs the bishop, but second, Qg2# would be an immediate mate by Black.
