Hey, another great vlog . Totally agreed with the post about the old days. I used to love waiting for the dayla lorry to come on a Tuesday. It's very rare. I have takeaways now . However I would look and if the sign was there ,I wouldn't go ahead with the meal. No Halal for me . Loved the footy . Can't believe it got stopped 😂 Have a good week ❤

Excellent post that you read out, i agree with most of it and remember the same things - milkman, pill bottles, bottles with deposit for return (proper recycling), different shops, not everything in a massive supermarket, my mum going shopping most days. Not perfect times by any stretch, but i agree we seem to have lost our way. The "Entitled Parents" at the football match are a shining example of that! Non halal for me, I would definitely go to the non halal restaurant. As with most things in life, we should have a choice, that includes the method of slaughter used for the meat we eat. PS Always laugh at farts!

How cute were the kids playing football! Shame the grown ups don’t know how to behave and set a good example 😂 The ‘old days’ quote was spot on. The ask the audience question, Indian 😋 but I’ve never given it a thought or even looked to see if they use halal meat but I would definitely prefer for it not to be and, yes, I think it would put me off of ordering if I knew.

Wish I had filmed you coming back in the marina yesterday - I guess you love the fisherists as much as I do 😜

A great posting from whoever that was about the 'old days'. I think the lack of techy gadgets was an incentive to be more inventive and social with free time activities. Now we mostly interact with other people via screens, keyboards and cameras. Perhaps we were more naive and uninformed then, whereas now we have information overload which just makes us more anxious and angry. I guess its all about trade-offs. PS: I don't give a s**t whether halal or not. Have a happy day!

Halal meat and non Halal meat is the same meat, the difference is only the way the animal is slaughtered.

Thanks Paulus, yeh I watched the footy results and thought that you'd be well chuffed with both of your teams doing well. It was great to see Connor and his team having a great game but only to be let down by the "grown ups" that should be setting a good example, you should've sparked up your vape, lol. I'm in two minds about halal, in this country that version of killing the animals should be illegal but at least they can guarantee that it isn't horse meat. Take care and all the best. Stevie
