hey, I think I had the same cart. Did yours said 50 games but was actually only 5? Mine was battle city, dr. mario, batman, a card game that i can't remember the name and a rpg that I also forgot the name.

This looks like a reworked and updated version of an arcade game from 1980 or '81 that I played the hell out of as a kid. If I start collecting actual games for old systems again, I'll have to pick this cart up. :)
