Oh hey DaveNodon, yeah I was actually struggling with making a proper system for a while. The original one I made was a whole lot more complicated and wasn't good in terms of the nodon limit. But thank you for the awesome feedback for this system! :DD

@@Oribloop right? Sometimes you work yourself up forever trying to “solve” something and the answer is so simple. I had this moment two days ago when I couldn’t get a solution with timers to work, and then I was like just use a counter nodon counting as a timer!!! It was like half the nodons and worked so much simpler. I was watching the video like how would you do this simply? Teleports? Way too much work. Pushing with objects? A nightmare! And then my jaw dropped when I saw it was just a geniusly applied attract nodon.

You just make your characters, and you put swap-game nodons, and create keywords, and make other games with the characters, and assign the games to the characters, then you’re done! I will put a game Id in here:

3 Nodons per belt? That's really compact! Nice one. Question, though, how do you make the belt slower?

It is actually approximately 2 nodons, just the box and the attract nodon, the texture nodon is always the same The cost is 2n+1, with n number of belts Also, to answer your question, you could just use the input on the attract nodon, the range of accepted value is between -1 and 1. From -1 to 0 is actually repulsion tho, not useful right now, so you should test a number between 0 and 1 simply using a single constant nodon and connecting it to the free input connection of every attraction nodon. The cost will be 2n+2 this way, not so expensive if you make like 10 of them is 22 nodons, so it is still approximately 2 nodons per belt.

I made an elevator which just teleports you to a different spot. However, you could also use a box that you stand on and when you press a button, the box moves upwards. This can be made with a slide connector which, with the press of a button, activates the y-Port for the conncection, which pushes the box upwards. Hope I could help :)

You can make this go slower/faster by connecting a Constant Nodon with a value less than/greater than 1 to the inputs of the Attract Nodon. Also, just a warning, this method will always pull objects toward the middle "lane" of the conveyor belt, but I have yet to see a consistent, cheap method to prevent this if you don't want it.

I really wish there was a more direct way to do this, but the only way I found it to slow down a little is by making the attract nodon smaller than the object its transporting.
