I may have missed it, but can you clarify the tax the mentioned. Is this the rate from AD&D or does Tonisborg have its own tax codes?

For the campaign, I have set up a five gold piece entry fee, and then a 10% tax on any treasure removed from the dungeon. I also played a dirty trick on them, and the commander of the Tonisborg guardians talked them into taking a banknote instead of lugging all that treasure. When they went to cash in the bank note the governor charged a 30% Tonisborg tax. LOL they did not think that was funny, nor did they choose to figure out a way to avoid that tax in the future.

@@WargameCulture 🤣😂🤣 ...as an aside I recently came across the interesting passage under Peasants, Serfs and Slaves in the AD%D DMG that details how often they revolt, and how quickly it escaltes.
