@tommyvercetti891 I have watched full matches . And I know that perry and shreyanka has done whatever our team required. Shreyanka took 4 wickets and perry scored 49 runs . And i know that Shreyanka took crucial wicket of Meg and jemi . But it was richa ghosh who played a brilliant innings of 51. She gave her 120% on the field. You know that when our required 42 or 40 on 17 balls she made it 2 on 1 ball . I have written that when everything gone out of our hand and yeah i know they has also performed. So , please read properly 🙏

It was one of the most heartbreaking matches I have ever seen. RICHA, PERRY, ASHA, SHREYANKA WERE EXCELLENT. I was really happy to see the constructive changes in the playing eleven by the coaches with some interesting inclusions like a left-arm pacer and a few rightful exclusions for the betterment of the team. Although I think there were a few areas in which we should have been more careful. 1. Both batters (Jemi amd Cap) have an underwhelming record against pace bowlers and an extraordinary strike rate against spinners. It was baffling that the captain did not use pacers against those 2 batters and kept on feeding them with spinners which made them settle and take a push on the accelerator. Rodrigues and Capsey strike rate in WPL AGAINST PACE: Below 110 AGAINST SPIN: Around 150 Should have been an easy decision. I guess we missed that and I felt Richa could have moved away during the last ball and could have got extra seconds as she had run out of energy and we could have also broken the rhythm of the bowler. 2. Renuka is a bowler who largely depends on rhythm and I think it was not a wise decision to stop her spell when she went only 2 runs in the first over and the second over after her break she went for around 20 runs. 3. The fielding position of long off should be the primary priority while setting up the field. Especially against spinners. Eg, Asha who flights and takes the ball away from the right-handers, and Sophie who also tries to do something similar. It would be great to have protection in the long-off region to cut off these runs and to hold on to the miscued shots. Particularly, Asha has been bowling very boldly with the pace off flights with a lot of character. It should be backed up by a fitting field setup. The team has to think about the role and make it transparent to Disha as she cannot be used as a floater or a finisher given that her strike rate is not very welcoming so far on seeing her records. The left-arm pacer should be continued given that she provides good variety and bowled at good areas given that it was only her debut match. I think we can open the innings with Molly but should not make the same error of having a poor strike rate right at the top. Chin up, We got this❤ Play Bold

Agree with all your points and those are also the reason why I have the opinion that Smriti isn't a good captain...to add to the list, she also is reckless when it comes to DRS calls , doesn't change field positions much , doesn't know which bowler to give ball to in death overs many times, has only scored 2 50+ scores in 2 wpl seasons combined so no leading from the front as well....

She's seen as one of India's best batters, they never want to tamper her confidence She's not authoritative in terms of Drs calls as well Her bowling changes are not impressive Nothing of her captaincy pleases me Hopefully she'll learn and get better!

I think from next Sophie should play aggresivly ..we have long batting line up..if she gets out early we have Perry who can manage ..in this match sm played aggresivly..so she got out..to play that short instead of defencing so..even if Sophie scores 10 to 20 with 130+ ..we have Perry,divine,Richa ,warehem..to manage it.
