The izuna drop is so essential in this game (especially in sigma 2) because it can be done on any humanoid enemies, even the purple fiends and some of the slithering skeleton fiend things lol, and its an instant kill for fodder enemies, plus its a 2 hit kill for the claw ninjas, it carried me through mentor and master ninja

I haven’t played this game yet but I agree with you on the Lunar, it’s my favorite weapon to use from the first game!!! It just makes Ryū feel so agile

I hope one day we'll get a video game adaptation of this franchise. The stories are dumb and make no sense, but theres so much interesting lore that has a potential to create interesting stories out of them. Castlevania and arcane are perfect example for how this can be done well.

The Izuna Drop is the best technique in the entire Ninja Gaiden series. It's highly reminiscent of the Hidden Lotus from Naruto or a Radial Piledriver like what Mike Haggar can do, but given a nice spin. Also, it's not that hard to look up how to pronounce certain words that you don't know.

Sigma is just too easy to play in any difficulty. Master ninja on the the original is the true test.

Just realized bro spent about 10 minutes explaining the first Ninja Gaiden even though its not super important to the Sequel because the sequel can be played or looked at as its own self contained story
