This one won of the greatest game outside of a Final Four ever played. And VCU was one of the greatest Cinderella stories ever to grace the court.

They totally just dominated Kansas I didn't care who won this game but I was watching this game and couldn't believe this game VCU did a really good job on kicking jay hawk ass not a lot of people can say they did that VCU may not have won it all that year but the were considered as a Cinderella team that year no one expected them to go to the final four that year and especially beat Kansas

I was actually talking about the establishment hoopla about the team this year. The #2 seed they got, is i believe, what they deserved. Come to think of it, this was a tournament match up (vs. Kentucky) that some people wanted in 2010, when both teams were the two top #1 seeds.

I second this. I kinda wish they had a "battle for the bronze" between Kentucky and VCU. It might have even been more entertaining than the championship game was.

I'm a UL fan, and i think a UK/VCU matchup would be great. Honestly, i thought Kansas was a little overrated (which UK proved that by beating them in MSG) this year, although several people bragged about Thomas Robinson. Kansas' weakness in the NCAA tournament was that they could not stop falling behind (Purdue, NC State & Ohio State), and always had to dig themselves out later. When they faced UK the second time, it came back to bite them in the end (no pun intended).

I'm a diehard Kentucky fan. But the Rams and Shaka I believe deserve loads of expect. And heck, if thing work out in an odd sort of fashion, both our squads have an chance of meeting up. Which would be pretty cool. Good work on the "Upset" tonight, but VCU has become real I see. With Coach Smart and players like Brad...can't remember his last name...They are real contenders and NEVER stop fighting down the stretch even if they're getting beat by a team. Respect from Big Blue Nation, VCU Rams.

Wow this is simply amazing, not only VCU has gotten into the Final Four they have done it by kicking ass (other than the FSU game). as much as i loved the george mason run in 2006 i gotta admit that vcus run this year is obviously better than george mason's they completely destroyed USC (PAC 10), georgetown (BIG EAST), purdue (BIG 10), a nailbitter but incredible victory against florida st (ACC), and most notably kansas (BIG 12).....shame that they lost against butler (HORIZON) but they came out strong...and by the way, wouldnt it be beautiful if VCU the underdog won it all
