Not entirely sure. According to Google it's Kuh-tan but I've heard it pronounced either way.

Solid summary, just bought the game and excited to try, funny starting with that you don't even like Catan, love the base and several other expansions as well as the Game of Thrones version. I like there's less trade and still core elements of building cities, knights, resources and raids.
