@@deadrabbit6762 or a host of others, I haven't seen Frost punk or StarTopia in his video list(the original is better but so old...) but he's played the mix of the two: Ixion.... and Frost punk is brutally hard. Perfect for someone with a background in one of the engineering types involved in city planning, got to know if you really need a bridge there after all.

Note: After finishing the classic campaign, I’d recommend continuing with the PB2 campaign to help improve your skill but do note, the campaign for PB2 gets ridiculously hard in world 5 and world 6 (secret world) and even worse for the challenge version.

That first level, is a textbook example of "Value engineering". The engineer makes a robust design with plenty of safety factor. Then the architects and owners come in complaining about budget and the engineer is forced to change his design and make a cheaper but much less robust design. Value engineering is one of the great evils of this world.

My bridges went up a couple of days after that in the first couple days of December. I must've missed the recording day by 2 or 3 days. Damn. Oh well.

If you're trying to make your Hydraulics as short as possible take a page out of the race car cantilever shock design and you can have one foot of movement equal 2 ft or 10 ft or 100 ft by putting a hinge and make a 90 or 45 with the hydraulic on the short side and the hinge at the intersection
