The Legend of Zelda, Link to the Past world map undergoes a Game of Thrones transformation in this epic, CG intro sequence. Netflix should hire us to do the intro for their 'canceled' Hyrule romp. Dude I love everything I've seen rendered with Octane! We definitely need to get it. Is the speed boost pretty good? How about the noise? I figure if you can let the image resolve to a certain amount you can just denoise it the rest of the way and still look good.

***** I am finding things roughly 10 times faster than CPU, and the fact I can put like 3-4 cards in a single render node makes me really excited. I want to sell my current render farm, because one machine on octane is out rendering all my other nodes. Also, the render quality looks really nice. I find some scenes with glass are extremely noisy however, and I can't find a way to optimize them. De noising kind of works, but you also often lose a lot of the fine detail in your textures. That said, the renders here were probably 2-4 minutes a frame, and I probably could have got them lower. Try out the demo for sure to make sure it works for you, but I find it really fun to develop shaders and light using the engine.

Denny Britz Personally I love the show, but I can definitely see it not being for everyone. The first few episodes are tough to follow because it's a lot of names and history to take in, but once you start to get it things are incredibly nuanced and really interesting.
