Rich is right. Nobody who plays these days are willing to be the aggressor and make moves to get shit done. All about getting to your position and holding your lane...smh. makes for boring paintball

John C. Yes you gotta play smart but that doesn't mean you don't be aggressive. The reason there are great players is because they understand that balance of patience and intensity. Playing smart can very easily turn into playing boring without the aggressiveness which is what the sport has basically turned Into imo. Nowadays it seems like "playing smart" is just playing safe. Makes for boring pb to watch from a spectator point of view.

I was saying the same thing, it's 4 on 2 and they're all just sitting in the back spraying a case worth of paint at nothing! All I kept saying was "move up, push snake, do something" but they're the"pros" so I can't talk I guess!

Any team can play NXL. Just register and play your division. Looks like you should be a D5. It's a pretty fun experience. So is World Cup.. but a long walk to the D5 pits. LOL

Putting too much weight on a single match was the problem with the NPPL. It does lead to very conservative play and in the case of NPPL made cheating a very important part of the game. They should go back to 25 minute games. Just cut the number of teams. Why are there so many? Best of both worlds would be 25 minute games with 7 man on a big NPPL course. Also if you switch to 7 man, you could cut down on the number of teams with out cutting down on the number of players. I will also say, I loved the sound of the of semi-auto only games. I know there are problems with cheating when ramping is used, but if organizations like formula-1 can have manufactures build entire cars independently, yet all follow some common rules, I'm pretty sure they could come up with some way to allow semi-auto while limiting cheating (stock guns only with micro switch triggers and certain minimum travel and tension, season ban for gun modifications, etc.)

its not a manufacturer issue. Its a player issue with cheating. Is parabolic dwell real? Yep. But he who activates the cheat, is in fact, the cheater. The others are just co-conspirators. And yes, back in NPPL 7 man days after the split, everyones guns ramped illegally. Played Avalanche in Chicago and it was stupid. No gun checks on them, we had an angel speed with too much debounce, went on a gun down and got SMOKED with ramp and playing on. And no, Forester I will never forget you playing on lol

You are correct but... if you watch it over, when JRab actually didnt have his feet when he started to touch the buzzard. Because he held onto the button when his foot came down, that's when it counted. I was hoping it didnt count too.
