Game of Thrones - Board Game - 7 & 8 & 9 Player Expansion [Fan Made]

As huge fans of the GOT - Board Game my brother and i came up with the idea to add a 7 & 8 and 9 player version of the game. And we thought we could share it with our friends and all you people who are interested.
If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Here are the guys from where we got some ideas for the Housecards, thank you Victor Kostin. (Keep in mind we didnt use his cards 1:1 since we made a vew balancing tweaks as our map is different)

Oh dude instead of Tully if the Boltons were included it would be absolutely sick. Especially if the house Bolton cards from Dance of dragons was included holy smokes. This board though is such a thing of beauty.

Hi, is it a great work! I've just printed everything (included tokens) and we have tried to play. But i have some doubts.... for the nine players set up, where do we put neutral forces? Only in braavos and est of Winterfell how you showed in the video? And neutral forces set up for 8 and 7 players?

Check the document I added with the files. But here the quick answers: 9 - Players (Braavos Token & Kings Landing) 8 - Players (All of Essos is blocked for Players, No Braavos Token required) 7 - Players (As you use the Overlay on the Old Map you only need Kings Landing as neutral Forces.

@Mike Rewick, i cant seem to answer you directly. But jea any normal printshop should know how big it is if not. Just measure the height of the original map (Only width changed not height). And tell them that. Then they cant get it wrong. Or so i hope.

Hey im wondering about the placement of the garrison tokens for the Lannisters and Baratheons as well as Dreadfort. 1) Do the Lannisters have a custom garrison token for Casterly Rock as well as Lannisport or does the Lannisport garrison just get moved to Casterly Rock since it is the new home base 2) Similar to above for Baratheons in which do they get both the garrison tokens for Dragonstone and Storm's End or just Storm's End since it is the new home base 3) What is the point of the Dreadfort garrison token when there is no castle in the area it belongs?

1) and 2) I think it's obvious that 1 player has only 1 garrison, so the tokens are moved to the new capital locations. 3) It's simple, these are neutral forces, so Stark won't get too much supplies in the early rounds.

I have made all the parts for this game now, and was wondering when to use the Eyrie 2 strength garrison. Use it in 7, 8 and 9 player? And the new starting positions cards, is that for 8 and 9 player? And what about starting positions on the Tully house shield? I might post a video showing how I made my game :) Thanks for sharing!

Always use it. Its for 8 & 9 Player, since tully and targeryen are a new faction their positions are on the back of the house shields.

Great job on the map, i plan on going to a printshop to print the pieces but i had a question. For size on the pieces and the 9 player map itself, do I just tell the worker to print the pdf files of all the graphic just as they are in the file or do I need to edit the dimensions? Hello. You've done great work. I have a couple of questions. Why do you have castles in the "Additional Stuff 7 Players" pdf? When do we use the Neutral Force of Dreadfort and Castle Black? Also, in the files there are two versions of Dreadfort, one with 5 points of Neutral Force and one with 6. When do we use each? In the starting positions, I noticed that you haven't included Tully and Targaryen. Can you post something related to it? Thanks a lot!

+Spyros Tsoukalas The castles are irrelevant, they are still in there from the testing phase. Both Neutral Forces are used on the 9 player Map. And for the Dreadfort use the Force of 6 Token. Statring Positions for Tully and Targaryen are on the Back of their cover shields.

No as mold material I used something that jewelery makers use. It consists of two components that when you mix them they harden. So I mixed them and molded them around the original piece. Poured the resin in and let it sit for 6 hrs.

No Rule changes in anyway. Only 1 addition. There is a 4th Westeros Deck that is beeing drawn from after the 4th round. And there are Black Border lines which are not to be crossed under any cicrumstances, I am working a small document to describe the cards. Ill upload it today.

Hi Antiles, I would like to thank you again for sharing this and my cousin and I are about 1/3 of a way through making our own version. We have a couple questions though, since we are doing 8-player and your test games were with 9 people. 1. Should King's Landing have a neutral force token for 8 player? 2. Should Dragonstone turn to a castle if the Targaryens are out? 3. Did you print your map on paper, and just essentially glue it on book linen or cardboard? 4. I was thinking about the first steps I would take, if i were with a particular fraction.When I came to the Tullys I saw it as if their situation would be pretty hard. Or is it just as hard for them as for any other house?

Ist hard for everyone, every house Needs to be played a different way. And most of all the game depends on who is playing which faction. That is the biggest factor.

Howdy, 1. You cant find them. I used the pictures from the Card Game (Game of Thrones, Fantasy Flight) and as for their text abilities, check the document that came along my other stuff. Everything you need to know is there. 2. We did print it in a Photoshop and glued it onto Cardboard. 3. I need i ask my brother, i dont know. ^^

John Snow When you print it just make sure the new map has the same height as the original one. (Only the width changed) Therefore if you print it make sure its the same height and have the width scale with it.

I was wondering if you had a win record for the 9 Player version? I am wondering because the addition of the new factions seems to put added strain on everyone except for Tyrell who looks relatively secluded now, which appears to give them an advantage.

+Nathan Wunder No the Win record is the same as the original. As far as our testing rounds went, the strain evens out. However it all depends on the Players and their way of thinking.
