Silly question but any suggestion on how to do exactly this on HARD? My character isn't a high enough level to pull off a huge score

I did it with a level 131 caetlyn stark.. this event is scaled… so good healers just need to be higher.

Battled her w sir allisar for 15 min. She kept healing, I kept healing, nothing ever finished
