Yeah dude. The amount of care and dedication that went into the early seasons of the show is a big part of why it is so hard for me to stomach the later seasons, which were the opposite. But still, you have to give them credit for the amazing work they did do in the early years. Videos like this, the fact that they wrote an entire language for the Dothraki that you could literally learn on Babble or Duolingo, it was incredible.

That's a show invension, they have no trouble with their mines and besides, Targaryens weren't rich just by gold. They held strong trade port of Lannisport, were the most important landing for tradeships with Oldtown and had a well established dominion over trade as well. Lannister wealth, is a mixture of strong leadership, well established family system that is lead by Tywin or his predecessors, and oppurtunistic political schemes George identifies them with. Tywin's how show of strength, nobility and order is fake though, he pretends he doesn't sleep with whores like Tyrion, he pretends he is some well established battle commander, even though his success is literally caused by tricks and brutality most people would not resort. Robert Baratheon is the battle commander in Westeros, which is why he sat on that Iron Throne, wheras Tywin, tricked Aerys into opening his gates to then massacre his city, Tywin never won a battle against Robb, but he just murdered them in a wedding feast and manipulated Robb to break his allience with Freys Even his Saviour of King's Landing title that was bestowed upon him by Joffrey is a lie, it was Tyrion who organised the city's defences, he set up chains to guard the bay, he set Blackwater Rush afire, he reformed and reestablished the City Watch, he brought sellswords from all the surrounding lands while Tywin was ignoring the Baratheon trap and was trying to pass to his own lands, leaving the city to Stannis

Game of Thrones shares philosophical view with many other works of fiction and fact. And that is that absolute power corrupts absolutely. Every single person on GoT who truly goes psycho and starts having people killed, and in very brutal ways. And while the Mad King"s actions, the bullying of Viseris (spelling?), and the genocide of Kings Landing by Dany show the Targareons part in it. But plenty of other rules have been cruel (at best) to full on sadistic. Stannis had so many burned alive, and even used blood sorcery to kill his own brother, and blaming it all on the Red Woman is a joke because she didn't put a gun... technically a crossbow... to his head to do it. Every Ironborn ruler, as well as their underlings, are raping murderers. Last but not least definitely are Ramsey and Jeofrey. I don't think I need to even being to explain them.

Nothing like the huge long scenes featuring dragons that the later seasons got. Even in the 2nd season where the battle of the blackwater happened, they couldn't include everything they intended to include, because of the huge expense of CGI, like they didn't include the giant chain that was a huge plot point in the book. The Night's King(Not the NK in the show), actually bred with white walkers and ruled north for 17 years or so, from the Wall itself. Imagine if you were a law abiding volunteer and decide a year in, you want to quit or desert .. they still treat you as a criminal .. it's almost like signing up for jail .. Jon should have not said his vows and went to join Robb .. even tho they both may be dead now 😂😂😂

Can anyone tell me what is what is the this GOT histories and lore? I mean this a officail GOT extra or not? If yes what is the release year? And How someone watch the got seris in chrnology if I include histories and lore also?? Plz reply 🙏🙏🙏
@cutecakes22284 жыл бұрын
Yes this is official, it came as bonus content with the GOT dvd box sets. You don't have to watch all the lore to watch the show, as a lot of this stuff is mentioned in the show and you understand what's going on. I suggest watching the show first before all the lore, so you can understand who the narrators are

Totally agree! However I did come to like his character, if only in the sense that he was necessary in a way for Daenerys’ character development and he is understandable, albeit he just allowed himself to continue in a negative, downward spiral. He still turned out to be a strangely like-able character!

I'm confused they ran through the whole history in 30 minutes and now they're starting back at 8 on the conqueror like in the middle of the history at 34 minutes so confusing

Is all this in a book or series of books somewhere?

George wrote 5 bricklike books for his main story, also there's World of Ice and Fire and Fire and Blood

@@subutaynoyan5372 I like Fire and Blood more than I like ASOIAF, probably because it is written like a historical recounting of events

Robert Baratheon the Fat of his name was a pathetic, weak coward. If it takes House Lannister, Arryn, Stark, Baratheon and others to beat one guy, then the one guy is better than them.

Viserys is way off on his dates about Valyria. It blew up about 400 years before the events in Game of Thrones. Not 5000.
