@@AnneWest_ Uhm akshually, Sandor's blade is orange, pause the scene when he's fighting off the first few queens guards with a frame of their red and his orange, its more obvious there. The editor said the colour was chosen because fire is relevant to Sandor, and it was the same colour used in other edits with him.

And yeah it was to keep consistency with the other videos on youtube, and the significance of fear that color has for the hound. Plus he was fueled with anger and hate towards his brother. It's hard to please everyone with such a wide color spectrum for sabers, but hopefully our reasons make sense.

The Disneyland ride Pirates of the Caribbean and the new Star Wars land Galaxys Edge will be fan favorites across the world to all who visit. Imagine a video that combined the energy and joy from both those franchises. 7. On the bonus dvd of the prequels there is a dialogue between Samuel L. Jackson and George Lucas about the colors. Jackson basically asks about the colors, and George tells him, Jedi had blue yellow or green, and Sith had red, thats how it worked. And Jackson the asked "Can I have purple?" And George answered "Yeah, you might get purple." That's all there is to it. He asked, he got it.

@@BroadFame a grey lightsaber in the expanded universe means a clear and calm mind. But sandor wouldnt have used that because he is neither of those things. He would of used purple, because samuel L jackson wanted a purple one he got one. So as a result the star wars universe had to have a reason for a purple lightsaber. They came up with the meaning that someone who uses purple draws from all aspects of the force, light and dark. They use this knowledge to guide them to good. Blue(jedi) and Red(sith) make purple. Sandor was good and bad

I absolutely LOVE the color of the sabers - red is appropriate for Sandor, he is not a "good" guy.... but then the blue saber dagger gives us just a hint of goodness.
