John Gamester81 I have been watching your show for 15 years or so. I love what you have done for the gaming community! You along with happy console gamer, Petedorr, and Jason Heine have been one of the main reasons I still really love gaming. I just wanted to personally thank you for all your efforts and aquatic ambience is a knock out! Love the show continue to make amazing videos and of course Game On!!

Man I love that song from DKC too. Always gives me goosebumps when I hear it. That letter was really nice to hear. I'm glad their kid had a great time. Looks like an awesome event. I wish I lived closer so I could attend next year.

I traveled 10 hours to make it to the show and it was totally worth it! It was of course awesome to meet you too after all these years watching your channel (you looked super tired haha!)

Gamester, I have been to many of the major cons in the US but I have to say that my time at Game On Expo this year ranks amongst the best experiences I've had. I really enjoyed that although there were many people attending, the con had a very personable, non-corporate, and down to earth vibe to it. It was also my gf's first con and she had a wonderful time and all of the special guests and staff made her feel like a VIP. I would also like to give a shutout to Joel who was very kind to us at the MK and Dameon Clarke panels. It was also a pleasure to meet you briefly after the MK panel, you should be proud of everything you accomplished and I wish you and your team a lot of success. We plan to be at the next Game On Expo and I've been telling all of my friends that it should be on their list of events to attend next year!

We really enjoyed participating in the Game On Expo in 2023! You throw a great event. We loved the story about the special needs kid. In fact, we started creating easy-to-learn kid's games because of the number of special needs kids in our family! We also found our path through participating in Game On Expo! It is the best gaming events in all of Arizona! Hope you keep Gaming On!

I've gone since 2015 and had a blast each time. However, those first few hours on Friday were the only time I had available that weekend to spend at the expo. I'll admit part of the fault was my schedule, but I had a rough time that Friday being around all the line and weather chaos. Hopefully, this was a learning year and you guys come back next year (with 3 entrances open at the start) and make for a good 10th anniversary.

Great job this year John. I went on Saturday and came across you a few times but didn't want to bother you as you seemed busy putting out fires. This event is always a great time. Btw you're not the only one, my inner child was excited when the concert started and I heard it from across the building.

Karen E. of Jeff Ellison Art here. To list my highlights from this year would take 1,000s of words. I'll note just one: getting to wish Patricia Summersett a Happy Birthday and talk with her about our shared love of jewelry! 😊 Jeff & I can't thank you enough for your support & kindness. I'm glad that despite the growing pains, this year brought joy and new, awesome memories to you and thousands of people. GAME ON!

I have a question about the vendors at the event. Out of the 200 vendors there, about 15 of them were selling games. All other vendors were basically "Artist Alley" like PRGE. Are you planning on taking away games there? This was my first GameOn experience, I went to go buy games. I was not expecting almost no games there.

I can say it was nice to run into you on Saturday. Well Saturday did kind of start off slow as the day went on it did get a lot better. The VA's were really amazing for this year's Con. And for the most part the lines were not bad at all I think I had to wait maybe a max of 30 minutes. That being said I know there is one VA that there was a few hours for most people. Also I am glad that you guys do not presale autographs or photos with the VA's just because I've seen it go badly with other cons. I would like to see more video game store booths. I felt like they were spread out kind of weirdly. Now I'm not saying that you should have them all grouped into one section but the way I just felt all kind of weird. I did notice that the booth on the far east side didn't see as much foot traffic as the rest of the con. It might be worth getting rid of that second last walkway for next year's booths. And one last thing it from what I was hearing that a lot of people from Tucson drove up so it may be worth looking doing a small test con in Tucson.
@jasongarner59807 ай бұрын
Friday was rough, waited in the rain 2 plus hours. Brought a good amount of money to try and find good deals on games first thing, so disappointed that didn’t work out. Also a ton of booths not selling games, felt like 10 booths without games for every 1 with games. Wish I had more time, missed out on the music, arcade games, wrestling, and panels.

Awesome JOHN , I'm pro- cosplay for any occasion 👍 , but more dangerous world thanks to questionable online marketplaces , , , even if it's normal clothes for music festival , , ,more security procedures should be standard at any official events , , , remember pro-gamer sore losers that came back into buildings with guns 😮😢😮 , ,so definitely more dangerous times we are in JOHN my buddy , , , thanks for awesome video and GAME-ON man , , Gamester 81 is King 👑 😸👍👍

Cosplay is the closest thing we have to E3 booth babes, we need em 😁 Seriously, these ppl are getting insanely creative, seeing those Warhammer 40k giant suits, or someone wearing a really obscure game character that you love, it's fun. Granted, I've never been to a con, but it still looks like it adds morale. There is no denying the sexualized aspect, but from what I've seen lately, it's no worse than girls on Halloween dressing up as "hot pirate" or whatever.

Wish I could have gone. Too many conventions going on too close together and not enough money to go to them all. Hope you guys move the times back to August or Fall where it is Colder and more likely to have money. Just my opinion on this :)

I had a fantastic time, thank you as always for hosting this wonderful event! This was my fifth year going. I wanted to know if there was I way for me to get a refund on one my tickets, I overbought thinking that a friend would go and unfortunately he ended up in the hospital during the length of the event. Is there a way I can contact you about issuing a refund? Thank you so much, and regardless I will be there next year!!

Amazing job, John. When these events are put on by people with a passion, I am sure the visitors, and vendors, will have a positive experience. I can't imagine how much work goes into it, but keep it up. That email you got must make it all worthwhile.
