yeah for sure - i think matpat assumes huggy was a child because the orphan role definitely means some of the toys may be kids, but it doesn't make sense to assume that ALL the toys are kids, and not employees - employees who would make more sense to be used for "bigger body initiatives" (mommy herself is definitely not a kid, that would be strange af) --- if kissy is an adult employee, it makes sense for huggy to be. who knows? maybe Patty had a husband and to punish her, he was also turned into huggy toy? (to go with the male/female toy theme they seem to be going for)

@@sboy2044 it's more of a skin for the mini Huggies. Regardless Kissy Missy isn't a playable character despite being confirmed to be different from huggy wuggy. The 4 non-human characters we have seen in the poppy playtime games, not counting project playtime, are huggy wuggy, momy long legs, Kissy Missy, and Poppy. Poppy makes sense to not be a playable character as she's too small to be much of a threat. Kissy Missy doesn't make sense as she's the same size as huggy yet she isn't in the game. 2 out of the 3 deadliest characters from the main games are in project playtime.

The Prototype clearly isn't fully built, due to it taking pieces from supposedly Huggy and definitely Mommy Long Legs. It definitely uses the others to carryout its work, so it would make sense that Boxy Boo was the one who freed Kissy Missy at the command of The Prototype. Boxy Boo also has 3 fingers and a thumb with claws, which would fit the slash marks. Boxy also swipes that same direction when attacking in Project Playtime. It also makes sense for Boxy to hangout in Playcare as some sort of Security Puppet. Making sure the kids stay and don't leave.

It would actually make sense if Patty was turned into a toy in Storage B when she sabotaged the paint machine. I've just looked over the new employee guidelines and rules (featuring The Stupendium, love that guy) and I saw that a few rules if broken, will result in the perpetrator being killed, or worse, turned into a toy. And it seems here that Patty/Kissy was a result of breaking those rules, so I get the connection when seeing it, and looking at the new Playtime Co. video Mob Games just sent out.

I feel like Kissy Missy is actually Stella Gryabur. Kissy's cutout is seen at the train station and her audio also supports that. And when we pressed the buttons to head to new areas, it was Stella's voice which guided us. I know it's quite loose, but it's just something I noticed.

Patty was moved to storage some months before Kissy was created. So I think she makes more sense. Stella I think was too high up to be in a puppet. More likely she just died by 1006 uprising. One issue I still have is with Poppies origin. Poppy was made in 1950, Elliot lost a dear one in 1960. So how can Poppy be the person that died in the 60s? Unless of course Poppy is prototype one based on a toy they had already been producing.

Here's a mini theory: If the Bigger Bodies Project succeeded, and they were banking on it, the facility is built with the toy workers in mind. Note you use what is effectively a toy, eliciting the visage of sticky hands and grabber claws. But not only are they toyish, but they allow workers to operate far away or oversized machinery. The train is operated simply with overly obvious levels and buttons, all opperated by *pulling*. Almost as if it all was made for taller, bigger bodied workers who have very little understanding and could only pull, push, and grab things. Realizing they still need to hire human workers in the meantime, they're all equiped with the tool that could emulate the tools available to huggies and longlegs.

MATPAT! what if the reason the other toys specifically targeted the larynx and thyroid on the tiny bron (ex employee with lung cancer) is because he was the one that would release the gas on the kids, they might've A. Been angry at him because of what he did, B. Made it symbolic of how their voices were not heard, or C. Brons neck is like the fastest thing to bite. It says that hes been an employee since 1955 which is rather early in the timeline. Plus constant exposure to air borne substances could cause cancer and if he was gassing the youngsters then he mightve accidentally inhaled some aswell in much smaller dosages that would eventually lead up to cancer. When I saw the footage of Kissy being strapped and then got released by an unseen creature a.k.a The Prototype, I knew Kissy wouldn't be so evil. I see on her expression that behind her giant big smile, she looked concern and afraid as the train's going into the tunnel like she sees something horrible. Also, she didn't even leave the plank that she got placed to unlike Huggy who will do that. It's a clue that Kissy won't harm anybody. Also, in the deleted scene of Chapter 2, originally there's supposed to be a scene where Kissy approached the player in the train after the train crashed and give a key to Playcare and then dissapeared. So, I think it's indicate that Kissy will be our ally but act mysteriously.

I’m glad that Mob Games seems to be leaning away from the… let’s say “questionable” marketing, and leaning more into the popular and more ethical marketing/lore sharing. I just hope they try to fix their reputation, cause they’ve done a fair bit of damage, lol. Their stuff is so popular, I just hope they set an example 3:54 I’d like to think that Huggy and Kissy are more pacifistic, and I hope we can make amends with them. They haven’t done anything wrong, they were used as tools and abused heavily for the sake of corporate greed. Plus… LOOK AT THEM, these fluffy babies deserve better.

Actually, I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but...especially with the dates of each video being in the filenames, it's possible that the videos were converted to .mp4 from another format. No anachronism needed.

One other thing that is odd in chapter 2 is Jimmy Roth's tape. Every tape in the games have a reason to exist, so why did Mob show us that tape? Well, Jimmy reveals the way Playtime Co. Do their marketing. Now, I think that Jimmy had a battle with Patty Hall because of the fact that she miscoloured the toys, so Patty worked on the marketing department.

I love that there are so many parallels to fang with this game, but it’s still different enough to be its own thing by itself. 1006 is the puppet stand in but he’s a lot less present physically. He works behind the scenes and stays there.

Now, with the new security tape out, I would like to say that Matt Pat is wrong that Bron is not a boss. He most likely will be a midboss, because in project playtime we can see that the toys that we’re making is candy cat, boogie bot, cat bee, and Bron the dinosaur, and if we listen to Leith Pierres lines in the player tutorial he says that we’re making giant toys and the toys go back on the train, and in the Kissy missy training tape shows that the train goes to play care, which means that Bron most likely will be a mid boss.

This makes a ton of sense, actually. I have one small thing to add, though: As I've pretty much proved through comments before, I believe that we're playing as Marcus Brickley. I think he wanted to find out what happened and find someone who he was most likely in love with. I believed her to have become Kissy Missy herself, because of how she looks at us with familiarity. Now we seem to know the name of who he was in a relationship with.

I know I’m late but Marcus’s tape shows that he’s an employee who has no idea what’s going on with the orphans in toys thing. Mommy long legs recognizes us so we must have been an important employee who was a part of the toy creation.

Just because Mommy Longlegs recognizes us doesn't mean we were involved in the experiments. Plus, I'm pretty sure we'd be carrying some keys to the rooms we can't access with us or know of a secret way in or out of the factory instead of using the front door or the train like we use. Besides, when Chapter 3 came out, I stopped believing this. Now, I believe that we're either Stella Greybur, who took care of the orphans, and apparently had no idea about the experiments, or Rich Avery, who has had a tape in every chapter so far, as well as a possible higher position later on that would make it possible for the toys to recognize him but not for him to recognize them. I'm leaning towards Rich, myself. Also, I don't know if this was a joke or not, but someone told me that Rich had a day off on the day the hour of joy happened. If that is true, then it makes him more likely to be the player character.

I think the mp4 format isn't actually an anachronism - the original vhs tapes have just been digitized at some point. At 4:32 you can see the screen says "destroy tape", so the original tapes my have been destroyed, but not before someone made copies. Maybe someone who wanted a backup in case anything happened to them? Or a whistleblower trying to get the story out there? Or someone gathering evidence?
