gg but Io's damage reduction is not broken at all.. not compared to Jenos Damage buff, Corvus buffs, Torvald shield etc... She can only apply it to one target at a time and can't do anything else (can't deal damage for example), has to be in the right position to do it (can't heal through walls) and needs meter. It takes skill to use correctly and it is intended to save players from getting killed, so no, it's not broken.

She has a lot of mobilty, that covers for her vulnerableness. You can always try to escpape with prowl, pounce or try to dodge attacks woth her double jump

I hate when people say something is broken just because it’s useful. The strix was really so upset about not getting a one shot on somebody that it means Io is broken? 15% to the person she is currently healing is not broken at all 😂. If it was the same for grover or jenos I’d understand but come on she can only heal one person at a time.
