Coming back to rewatch this video because the battle themes are bangers. The Pokémon Company did a Fantasy League for Worlds this year, and when it had you select one non-restricted legendary Pokémon, paradoxes were on that list. So as far as TPC is concerned, I guess paradoxes are legendaries.

Personally, ultra beasts are considered legendaries because you still only get one of them per save. Paradoxes are more of pseudo legends but I still like seeing them in the videos
