Chaos is really good for setting up amulet of growth. decks like robot can use it well. however, it can singlehandedly end the game for high setup decks like blade dancer, monk, and cultist

It's a fun game mode because everything is at the same level competitively. Also, lol that was my first match too, I blocked the only real deck my opponent had and won easily.

I wouldn't buy abilities early on, especially when you're setting up your board unless it's a mana power up of which their is only 1 that gives mana and 1 that reduces. If you don't get either, it's not worth waisting the points. Ridinghood is stupid good btw too. Every game someone left ridinghood I played it and won every game with alpha wolf and chilling howl. You don't really need the abilities to remove negative effects because I always block any build with witch or shawman which I hadn't seen used in any build but witch/BH, or shawman/pirate in the 15 games I played before I was eliminated. I only lost games because ridinghood was blocked because right now ridinghood is stupid good in main game and in events with alpha wolf ability.
