For high frequency, I have been mainly using it for large, painful breakouts that are just forming. HF works best on these types of breakouts, so don’t use it on breakouts that aren’t painful or have started to heal.

As a chronic sufferer of cystic acne on chin. I might have cured them with a combination of tretinoin, clear-stem moisturizer, using non comedogenic make up and replacing towels with disposable facial towels. 😅 I don’t remember last time I had a pimple on my face..pore clogging stuff is the number one reason for this.

I also would recommend a 2% salicylic acid cleanser and you can spot treat with it not do your entire face but just cover the areas that are being affected by the acne let it sit for about a minute and then wash it off and I would definitely recommend a retinol I know when I use those combinations together I can speed through in about four days!!! I can’t wait to buy a High frequency device!!!❤

try just using cosrx blemish cream. don’t even bother with any of the other steps. i’m telling you, for me at least, i just had 3/4 cystic pimples (which i never get so it was super weird) and they went away after using the blemish spot treatment cream. don’t spread it or rub it in. keep it thick and concentrated on top of the acne and leave it overnight and during the day. it’ll go away with not nearly as much scarring and i’m brown! my hyperpigmentation goes crazy but this cream does wonders

I had one of those for the first time in my life, actually still have it. Don't think everyone has the money to buy the laser thing so here are the things that have been helping me. Putting an ice cube ( with a paper) on top of it for a few seconds, taking it out and repeating it for a while helps it get less swollen, then I cleansed it with the Cerave for dry skin ( my skin is dry so that's why) after that I put a salacydic ( don't know if it's written this way) from the Ordinary, it's pretty cheep, cost me around 8€, and a niacinamide serum, also from the ordinary, that really helped it cool down and even my friends noticed the difference, it was less red and started getting smaller. After this I put the Cicalfate hidration cream and then the cicalfate like the paste, and I put a huge blob on top of it, didn't spread it. Went to sleep, woke up the next day and it was a lot better. Kept repeating this steps and now, even tho it's not gone ( after about 4 days or so) it's way better . As it's the weekend I have been putting blobs of the cicalfate paste throughout the day too.

I do not think it is actually a laser. It looks and acts like a type of device called darsonval and it uses electricity for antibacterial effect (the impulse can get inside your pores). Another use of it is stimulation of hair follicles.

Okay so idk about anyone else but i do bot have like ANY of this stuff, so here is what i swear by, HONEY. I put it on a freshly cleaned face, add honey to the under the skin breakout, leave it on overnight and do that for a couple nights. It works very well Hope this helps someone 🎀💗

For women, u can see a dermatologist and get a prescription of spironolactone to treat this kind of acne. But it is a known teratogen so only recommended for women on birth control/women not planning to have kids.

Ma’am the acne on your face is a sign of a gut problem/hormone imbalance. One thing that helped me was that I eliminated wheat and processed food out of my diet and my skin cleared up good. Wheat is very damaging to the gut.
