I just noticed this, but Nick Fury's eye patch is always on the correct eye, no matter which way he's facing, but the gun holsters switch places on his body.

I have a question about this game and I hope you can clarify it for me. Many years ago I played it with a totally unknown guy and together we managed to reach the end with Kingpin, but we didn't fight with him and they only showed us a text and the game ended, me and the guy looked at each other because we didn't understand anything, and Later I realized that the same thing happened to other people, on a few occasions they managed to fight with the Kingpin. What is this about?

I did some Googling because your question interested me...idk if this is the answer but maybe somehow it was the genesis port in an arcade version and it was set on a lower difficulty which would end the game prematurely? Just a thought
