Use the scrapper to try and destroy everything you find. You can scrap computers, radios, cars, etc. Build fenders, add armor etc. I’m really loving this game!

As a young man, I actually worked on the Olympic peninsula in Washington state we were making cedar shingles out in the woods and helicopters were carrying away the bundles. This is in the 70s. Yes I’m that old.

Take a closer look to your backpack. There are thin and thick lines showing the pockets of your backpack. In between you can't place bigger items, that's why they are marked in red.

Im loving the look and style of this game. That car is so cool. I miss station wagons like that. [I have a modern version of it, though.] Anyway, look closer at the grid in your inventory. There are thicker lines that carve out separate "pockets." You can't place items across those pockets / thicker lines.

Good Video as Always Gameedged ..The saw looking thing is used to scrap everything Lights,Car parts,radios. You are still missing parts of your car that you can craft to make your car more durable. Their are tabs at the top of the crafting table for more items. Gears can be crafted thats why u got the blueprint for them.

Go back to the first area where you use your impact driver to the Blue glowing energy containers. Use your scrapper on the standing light poles to get all the scrap from them go around the back of the shed where you use your car to knock down the fence, they should be another box for you to open always carry your scrapper and impact you scrapper on radios I have watched another KZbinr play this game on a on a live five hour stream. There is a lot to this game, so lots of content for your videos. When you get to the end of the demo you can still carry on playing to collect more stuff.
