EDGE....The update was awesome !!!!!....Lighting and Fencing Slows the thief and tagger......pretty sure you have to make every upgrade to the 1st floor Before you can build the 2nd.....you're absolutely Killing it as usual !!!!

Security camera 14:05 the column to your left, looking onto the parking area. You also then ran past a camera location while looking for the car thief. You were trying to figure out the impact of the awnings (rood level 3) so you looked at the car and then placed the roof, then looked back at the car. When you're buying them, they tell you what they do. 23:39 at the bottom left of the Roof Level 3 it shows an up arrow $10/hr right above the price, meanwhile on the bottom right it shows the prestige impact right above the add to cart button. I'm pretty sure the darker camera is one you installed without lighting the lot. 32:50 the parking limiter costs $100 per space, but adds $2/hr to that space. You have a difference between the 2 covered spaces opposite each other likely based on the items you've placed which influence the two spaces.

Great job do keep playing! I love your aesthetics with the plant/planter décor GE! Still some things. The advice is so nice (like my previous video reply,) I will post it twice *move your trash can next to your vending machines and food vendor.* (As the other people have also posted before.) Turn office monitors close/open to reset sec. camera time of day. And the rest has been addressed in other replies (like individual parking spot overhang roofs, which can go up to $10/hour more at L3; *treat as décor and do not sell.* )

Add more plants along your grass verge to increase your daily fee the more plants the better also you need to add more fences level two should be fine to keep out the vandals as they easily break the lever 1 fences quite frequently and the yellow trash bin means its full and needs to be emptied, awesome content can't wait for the next vid

Just a theory, but wouldn't moving your coffee and snack machine near the trash can prevent the users from dropping their trash on the ground?

Cameras go on the pillars for the parking GE. Place them in the far ones first would be what I'd do.

My interest is the car over hangs jumped to $36 for shade and covering. How much does it jump when you place the second floor on top. No rain, No sun destroying the pain jobs, and much more. would suggest GE leave one parking area with the Car Awnings and put a second floor on the one behind it. Then compare pricing, think the full coverage of the second floor, may bring in better cash do to the full coverage and shade it provides. But there are some draw backs if that old man gets into the covered areas. Looking forward to your next video, nice run today. Hope you get the your fencing up asap.

Loving this series, I have found that if you ignore the graffiti after a while it just disappears. Its only 50 points against you so nothing really.😊 You dont need the perter when you automate the gate the customer does it themselves

Hey GE, loving this. Weirdly enjoying a lot of simulator games right now, any idea if this is coming to console. Where you have the vending machines you can put extra office lights up. Also the roofs can go on every spot even with the second story added . edit, you can lose the parking attendants with the auto ticket machine.

if you put the coffee machine, snack machine, and hotdog stand up against the fence beside the trash can they will for the most part drop the trash outside you're parking lot so it just disappears so you don't have to worry about it but the cleaner will help with the trash a lot 😊

you up graded your office building but are still tuck with that old computer, Why for the love of all that is good did it not up grade the computer or any of the office furniture when it did the build. It gave you a bed and a room to sleep, but no where to cook? Hmmm Well as you have said in the past don't question it. rofl.

holy, out of all the tycoons that could be made, parking has to be the most boring concept i seen yet. And I have a high tolerance for boring games having played a ton of them of this style but man, this is without a doubt the most boring idea of a tycoon game to date. I think right up there with watching paint dry.
