The difference is that Dan's salt is for comedy/directed at AI controlled shit when he loses whereas Arin can get truly salt at Dan when he loses. Obviously the salt dissipates once they stop recording but still, poor Dan.

When you respawn, you destroy a rock. When all the rocks are gone, the game ends. If you get a knock out with the white rock, it automatically ends the game

I figured everything out but the white rock just by watching, even though I am extremely baked. So the fact that ARIN DOES NOT FIGURE THIS OUT UNTIL THE LITERAL LAST MINUTE drove me literally insane. I decided they were just too obsessed with killing each other in game to figure it out. They even noticed the resources depleting and remarked on the game getting harder without realizing it, it was pretty funny.

If anyone is curious, there are 12 shared lives. Once you get down to 1 life left, it goes into Sudden Death. Whoever kills their opponent first wins the whole match, no matter how many kills they had before. But your KDR does factor into your final score IF you win Sudden Death. Also, the rocks represent your lives. When you spawn from one, it is destroyed. So the number of rocks decreases over time until there are none left (and you can't respawn). As Arin thought, no one was winning because they weren't killing each other often enough within the time limit for there to be a winner. The times they insta-won was because they used the special white rock. If you hit your opponent with that rock, it's an instant game win.
