Beneath the ocean, light is filtered such that certain colors simply do not appear. The first is red, which is why many deep sea creatures are red. They're invisible down there Basically it doesn't really matter what colors they chose down under the sea it all looks basically the same (and also in the light filters applied to this level in this game)
