You nailed it with Vantage as support. She is basically the opposite of Watson. Instead of locking down up close, she locks down open space and denies pushes. She unfortunately just has way more counterplay, but if you keep height and cover the lanes you can provide a lot of value. The only thing that is unfortunate about this is you need to carry a marksmen/snipe on top of your Ult because it doesn't have enough bullets to hold people off. You can definitely stall pushes long enough to give your chance to reset.

​@@ExSoldier101yes this is true , try using eco in fights if you place her close to ground and use the tac when your behind cover then just peak out at last second to get launch you can really break people's aim with it because your low to ground and it slips double jump animation when your that close

I main Rampart and I've always been a mix of support and secondary fragger. The walls are good for (as you said) locking down an area, but often I'll go in with the entry fragger to mow down their shields with Shiela, place barrier while we and the enemy heal, then get around to the other end while they are focused on my team behind the cover, and suprise them with a minigun to the back. Now that I think of it thats probably mostly support

Good stuff! I main Krypto and love his drone particulary in one on one battles. The option to throw it out for to provide position for the team is key in battles, and to be able to push with it's EMP to slow other characters and disable traps, for the entry/secondary fragger to do their thing is a fun way to spoil a party.

"Support Octane" is pbly the most underrated secondary fragger. You can be on top of your teammates the instant they are taking fire.

Everyone's a fragger in every game, so I've defaulted to Support (/Tank for other games) just to have decent teams. Always frustrating though because not many people even know how to support or what to expect from a support, but my chances of winning are much higher if I try to help my teammates because God knows they aren't going to help me (even if I'm a better fragger....).

As a crypto main since he was released, Ive found that crypto has moved to a more secondary fragger rile. His drone throw allows for scans mid fight as well as denying areas for a support to come into the fight. His emp is only useful on entry of a fight anyway, uless they have a lockdown legend like rampart or watson that can be countered with the emp. He can be played really aggressively if you are good with his kit. I play him for area denial and secondary fragging as hit kit allows for really clutch and vital info for the team

@@maddenplaya2097 clearly you dont play ranked, even in algs fuse had one of the highest pick rates, he is a counter to catalyst because of the way he can destroy the doors and his ult gives free wall scans so thats why he is so useful rn, he also can pressure teams from distance with his q. I dont use him much but i can confirm that he is fully meta rn because of catalyst

I'm top 20 on vantage for kills and she can be super underrated as a support role you can put a lot of pressure on a team with your ultimate and if you have good fragers they can capitalize on your tags, I feel like she can also be a little bit of a secondary Fragger cause she has mobility to get in and out of fights or to get off angles

Caustic is so underrated. 15% less damage taken so just hit yo shots son!!! Lock down rooms with gas traps They also stop the enemy from sprinting for a moment.

I'm definitely the entry fragger most of the time but sometimes I play secondary it depends on who I'm playing with cus usually I'm the leader of my team cus I have the best game sense lol

I'm usually between using Loba, Caustic, or Catalyst. I definitely use Caustic and Cat more defensively and usually use my Loba as a support since I have easy access to meds and weapons. Either way, I'm usually the one in the back while my teammates finish teams off and come in and sweep the rest if needed.

rampart is better as a 2nd fragger. her ult is one of the fastest time to kill in game. people just arent aggressive enough with her. she can be a good support i got close to 900 revives with her

She’s a sniper. Snipers are support players. You don’t want your sniper to be so far back as a secondary fragger. You need someone there next to your entry and she ain’t it. She plays to far back.

You can use her bat to flank around while the enemy is healing or hard focusing your teammates (sec frag) or provide cover fire on height with her ult and a sniper or marksman (I’ll prefer the Ttake bcuz you can use it as a shotgun too) you can also be the IGL with all the information she gives you such as who’s all alive on the team, the legends they’re using, what shields that team have etc. very slept on legend

I main Fuse. Usually run a Marksman + SMG. I try doing damage from far off and then find angles once my team decides to push in. Works out really well since I can Knuckle Cluster or Grenade one exit point and then find angles from another while my team pushes from the front.
