I noticed something. Even though Kokichi claims he is the leader of an evil organization, he’s called the Ultimate Supreme Leader, not Ultimate EVIL Supreme Leader. That tells a lot about Kokichi and his talent. He uses his lies to lead the entire V3 team. Even at the end, after his death, he was still leading everyone where they needed to be. The idea of being a leader is to lead. That’s what Kokichi has been doing since the beginning in his own way. In the free time events, he always has Shuichi focus on him, which is the key to his leadership. As long as everyone focuses on him, he can lead them to their goal of escape. Nobody likes to be bosses around, but as humans we tend to lead toward one leader. Kokichi is that leader everyone turns to for security without realizing it, because he leads the team without the bossiness or command. They just follow him without realizing it, because the team needs a leader. The fact Kokichi will rebuke someone before contradicting himself proves it. When he rebukes someone, everyone leans on him before he contradicts himself and they still lean toward him still. Even Shuichi does it. The nail to the coffin is literally when he dies. It shows how strong his leadership is and the power of his talent as Ultimate Supreme Leader. His talent is that he’s the Ultimate Supreme Leader, not an evil overlord, big difference that easily throws everyone off.
