You don't think Sansa would have had an interesting reaction to finding out Jon's true lineage cancels out Daenerys claim to the throne; finding out the man she thought was her half-brother is in fact her cousin and the rightful monarch of the Seven Kingdoms not Daenerys a woman she is clearly beginning to resent. You don't think that would have been an interesting conversation? A conversation where Sansa would have urged Jon to take the throne and guarantee the north being ruled by one of their own. Where Jon would have argued he didn't want the throne and had already pledged himself to serve Daenerys. How would Arya have felt about all of this? We do not know. It would have provided crucial character development and set up their motivations for the final couple of episodes? But whatever, the sooner this ends the better. The writing quality is on a clear downward spiral and has been for a while.

It's interesting when, in the revelation's scene in this episode, she is the one who says "you are my brother. Not my half brother or my bastard brother, but my brother". That's why it would have been SOOOO interesting to see the actual reaction of Arya and Sansa when Bran told them that Jon actually is Aegon Targaryen. But, whoever her "brother" is, I think that Arya loves him in the same way, and she sees that he is putting himself in a lot of troubles, following Daenerys. Whatever may happen to him, she must be there, whatever the cost may be. She has a queen to kill, and a brother to protect. "Sansa is protecting our family." "I'm her family too." Her character died the moment she went across the sea. Also she'll most likely die, as in bran's (and her own) visions in season 2 she does not take the throne and John most likely will; She saw snow or ashes in the throne room and couldn't touch the iron throne. Wouldn't even be suprised if Jon has to kill danny, just like Jaimie did with the mad king.

@@scamrasc why is it suddenly that she's labelled as 'mad' just because she is showing more emotions. for example when Edward was killed both Robb and catelyn discuss going to kings landing and 'killing them all' and ransacking the city for vengeance and would have done given the chance. I personally dont see how slowly killing the population of kings landing by making everyone starve is better than storming it for a quick victory. would you rather be instantly vaporised with dragonfire or starve to death slowly and agonisingly. in the siege starving scenario the poorest members of the city will be the ones to die first - at least attacking the city with dragons rich and poor will die alike with actually the tyrant ruling getting the brunt of the blast.

She is starting to imagine her allies, Tyrion and Jon, as enemies. I think her fears are valid because of how many times she has lost a loved one and been betrayed, but the way they have been portraying Dany this season has me worried. Yeah, the books make a much bigger deal of the connection between the wolves and the Stark children. You can definitely tell they sacrificed this theme throughout the entire story due to limitations with budget. I didn’t want to watch the show for the longest time, just because the books are so awesome, I knew a TV show could never do it justice. Once I figured out that the show would reveal the ending first, I had to start watching, but I’m really looking forward to the last two books now. I’m assuming the general plot is the same, but GRRM will fill in all the blanks that the show has left..
