Keep thinking I either cheat or don't cheat but meanwhile this is all that happens every time when I play any fps game. x0tek you're seeing 60 of the 144 frames. I'm not missing and I'm not new to this game or to aiming. It started micro stuttering in 2015 and hasn't stopped in all games.

Except if you hit shot, there are 7+ frames of blood, not to mention character kickback. So even with frameskip there is 100% chance the shot is captured. If it hits. Which those didn't.
